At Pure Pathways Landscaping we take pride in keeping your lawn looking its best and managing our schedules so every customer gets timely service. When you book an appointment, that time slot is reserved exclusively for you. To help us keep our operations running smoothly, we have established the following policy:

• We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling, and changes made within this window may incur a $25 late cancellation fee. No-shows or situations where our team cannot access the property (such as locked gates or unsafe conditions) will also be treated as late cancellations and may be charged accordingly. Weather-related delays do not attract any penalty. If severe weather prevents safe or effective service, we will notify you and automatically reschedule to the next available suitable day at no extra cost.
